My agency rep called at 4:00 to tell us the good news.  The CCAA has given us pre-approval to abopt ZWQ.  This is not the formal approval.  The CCAA grants pre-approval to those who meet the qualifications and are allowed to continue to persue the adoption of the child they are interested in.  So as long as all our paperwork matches our pre-approval documents, we should be granted formal approval 4-6 months after we are DTC.
