DTC!!!

As of today we are Dossier to China.  This is a BIG deal!!  We on to the official part of the process.  Our dossier will go to the Central Authority in China and they will look over all of it.  If it matches the documents we submitted earlier and they accept our family, Wenqiang and Han will officially be our referrals.  China will then send documents for us to sign saying that we accept them as referrals.  It is all very exciting.  The wait time right now for the LSCs is about 60 days.
