Our Day in Qingdao

Sorry I haven't had much time to blog.  On Wednesday we took a two and a half hour train ride to Qingdao (the children's birth city).  We went directly to the Notary's office, then lunch, then the Passport office.  By the time we got to the Hotel, the children needed some downtime.  Yesterday, however, we had a nice day.  We went for a quick Orphange tour.  The orphanage that our children were at has 300 children staying in foster homes alone.  They also had a full baby room and a full mobile baby room along with children that need more assistance then they can get in a foster home.  The facility is absolutely awesome!  At least that was nice to see.  Then when we were done there, we spent two hours on the beach.  It was about 58 degress, but super windy.  It was so relaxing just playing with the kids outside and enjoying some shelling and downtime.  Then we had lunch and went shopping.  Today we are taking the two and a half hour train ride back to Jinan to get their passports and get ready to fly to the Consulate's province tomorrow.  Enjoy the photo collage.  it is all I had time to do.  You can click it to enlarge.
